Erin Bazos is a New York–based Creative Director and Designer with over two decades of experience building thoughtful, concept-driven work at the intersection of art, fashion, and luxury. Originally from Chicago and a graduate of the Rhode Island School of Design (RISD), she leads a boutique studio in Williamsburg, Brooklyn, where she and her close-knit network of collaborators craft identity systems, campaigns, packaging, merchandise, and bespoke print pieces for clients who value originality, beauty, and refinement.

Her work is shaped by a global perspective — a blend of American clarity and European sensibility — cultivated through six formative years living and working in Rome. Erin’s time in Italy continues to inform her approach: an emphasis on narrative, nuance, and uncompromising quality. That influence runs through collaborations with both private clients and iconic brands and institutions — some of which have included Mikimoto, Chopard, Christo and Jeanne-Claude, Taschen, the Yves Saint Laurent Foundation, and the Pérez Art Museum Miami.

Earlier in her career, Erin led creative teams at international agecies including Razorfish, Carré Noir (Publicis Groupe), and Hangar Design Group, where she gained fluency in brand development across diverse industries and cultures. In 2009, she founded AdD (Art Direction + Design), a nimble, collaborative model that allows her to shape teams and processes around each project’s unique needs — offering clients tailored, high-impact creative grounded in strategy and strong design.

Erin is in her flow when creative problem solving and storytelling through a conceptual approach. She believes that storytelling is not just an outcome but the engine of her creative process — a way of shaping meaning, emotion, and connection through design. Known for her collaborative spirit and natural ability to distill the essence of an idea, she brings warmth, energy, and a contagious enthusiasm that inspires teams and clients alike.
